Who we are

Anders Consulting LLC operates AndersConsulting.co. The site is used to describe consulting services, ERUPT Studio, and to receive professional inquiries.

Information the contact form collects

If you submit the contact form, we collect first name, last name, email address, company, optional phone number, inquiry type, and your message. We also store the page URL, browser referrer if available, and campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, and campaign) when those are present in the link you used.

The server may store a user-agent string and, where provided by the hosting platform, an IP address. Those fields are used for spam control and security. They are not shown on the public website.

How the information is used

Inquiries are used to respond to you, evaluate a potential engagement or hiring conversation, and keep a private record of the correspondence. Information is not sold, and it is not rented to marketing lists.

Analytics

The site is designed to use privacy-conscious analytics such as Vercel Analytics. Those tools may record aggregated page views and selected events (for example, that a contact form was submitted or a résumé link was used). They are not used to build advertising profiles.

Spam protection

Cloudflare Turnstile or a similar challenge may run when you submit the form. That service receives the information needed to decide whether the submission looks automated.

Retention

Contact records are kept for as long as they are useful for correspondence, engagement history, or legal and security reasons, then deleted or archived. You may request deletion of a submission you made by emailing jordan@andersconsulting.co.

Hosting and processors

The website may be hosted on Vercel. Form and content data may be stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Those providers process data in order to operate the site.
